The news about the upcoming event connected to the work of the 34-year-old performer - who skipped the first night of Coachella - was revealed in a post that was shared on Spotify's X account on Monday.
A press release was also issued to announce that the installation would consist of an open-air poetry library that has been 'highly curated to represent the direction of the new record,' according to People.
Swift's installation will also feature various 'visual surprises' for fans, as well as numerous books of poetry.
The Grammy Award-winning performer's library will be updated with new materials on a daily basis.

The library will be set up at The Grove, and it is currently set to remain open from the 16th until the 18th.
Spotify also announced that all of the surprises, as well as the album countdown, will be shared online.
Spotify's Jackie Augustus issued a statement where she stated via Billboard that the streaming giant was enthusiastic about being able to share the installation with Swift's longtime fans.
'The way Taylor's fans connect with and champion her music is unlike any other. We're excited to bring this album activation to life for Swifties in LA this week,' she said.
The Karma songwriter announced that she was planning on releasing The Tortured Poets Department during her appearance at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony, which took place this past February.
The hitmaker took home the awards for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album during the event.
Swift announced that she had been working on a new album while accepting the former of the two awards at the star-studded ceremony.
She told her fans that she had a secret that she had 'been keeping from you for the past two years' during one of her acceptance speeches, according to USA Today.
